Submit the APU online application form and upload the required documents for undergraduate programmes at the Apply Now stage. APU requests certified true copies of academic qualifications (with English translation where applicable) and English test results to evaluate your language proficiency. Make sure you clearly indicate the programme you are applying for and the intake date.
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a Letter of Offer from APU. To confirm your admission and enable the university to submit the Student Visa application, APU requires a pre-arrival application processing fee payment immediately after you accept the offer. You should complete the remaining documents stated by APU during the confirmation step.
After you provide the required documents and the international student application fees, APU submits the application to EMGS for the student pass processing. APU states that the visa process normally takes about 3 to 4 weeks, and it is strongly recommended that you apply 6 to 8 weeks before the scheduled intake to allow time for processing. Ensure you follow the rules and requirements communicated during the student pass processing.
APU states it will facilitate your arrival and that your first days will be supported by the Student Welcome Team. You will need to complete enrolment steps according to the instructions linked to your visa approval and university processing. Pay attention to the university’s fee and registration timelines, since semester payment is due at the commencement of each semester.
