If you meet the criteria, APU issues a Letter of Offer (eligibility of admission). APU states that you must pay the published Pre-Arrival Application Processing Fees immediately after accepting the offer in order for APU to submit your student pass processing through EMGS. APU advises submitting application forms well in advance of intake to support early approval.
Student pass processing via EMGS and visa readiness
After APU receives your complete documents and the international student visa and application fees, APU submits the application to EMGS. APU indicates that student pass processing may take around 2 to 3 weeks on receiving complete documents. Follow EMGS and APU instructions and only travel when your process requires it, so your student pass is not delayed.
